How Buddhist meditation can transform our lives.
Designed for people who would like a deeper understanding and experience of basic Buddhist principles such as human potential, impermanence, and karma, and how they can be applied to modern daily life. These classes combine a practical teaching two guided meditations and an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. The classes are open to everyone. No previous experience required and can be attended on a drop-in basis.
After each class, there is an opportunity to meet the teacher. We also serve complimentary drinks in our World Peace Café, so that you can relax and reflect on the teachings before going home. Also, there is an opportunity to meet like-minded people.
