What are our Evening Meditation & Modern Buddhism Classes?
Our evening classes are organised as short courses, covering a wide range of engaging topics. You can attend the whole course or drop in whenever you wish, as each class is self- contained.
Each session includes a guided meditation and practical teaching on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life.

How Buddhist meditation can transform our lives.
Designed for people who would like a deeper understanding and experience of basic Buddhist principles such as human potential, impermanence, and karma, and how they can be applied to modern daily life. These classes combine practical teachings and of two guided meditations with an opportunity to discuss and ask questions. The classes are open to everyone. No previous experience required and can be attended on a drop-in basis.
After each class, there is an opportunity to meet the teacher. We also serve complimentary drinks in our World Peace Café, so that you can relax and reflect on the teachings before going home. Also, there is an opportunity to meet like-minded people.
