During this course, Lorraine will be presenting the ancient teachings of Buddha in an easy and practical format.

These classes are suitable for beginners and all Buddhist topics will be covered.

The teachings and meditations will help us deal with our daily problems, anxieties and stress in an easy and practical way.

Each session is self-contained, so you can drop in at any time. We sit on chairs to ensure everyone is comfortable, and no physical exercise is involved. No previous experience needed, all levels are welcome.

Followed by complimentary tea & biscuits with an opportunity to ask the teacher questions

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.

No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
