ABOUT THE COURSE

Learning to train in positive thinking helps us be our best self and live our best life.

This half-day course led by Resident Teacher Kadam Chris Heyes is designed to help us reduce our negative thoughts and feelings in response to difficult situations and help us to remain positive with a peaceful mind. 

When we struggle to respond to challenging situations, it is easy to become disheartened and anxious but being able to think positively helps us to see the situation more clearly, find solutions that work for us and feel happy about the outcome. 

Come along and join us on this half day course to discover the methods that can change our whole outlook and approach to lead a better life.

Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
