These weekly classes share secrets that reveal the mental habits we can cultivate to enrich our life experience and change us into naturally happy people. You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course; our courses are designed to suit modern life. No previous experience or special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder, Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
