Happiness is a state of mind, so if we learn to control our mind we can be happy all the time. Kelsang Chodor will explain practical methods everyone can use in normal daily life to purify and gain control over their mind. Everyone is welcome, you don’t have to be a Buddhist to benefit from these classes. Sessions are self-contained and consist of guided meditations and a short talk with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
