By applying Buddha’s wisdom advice, learn how to maintain a positive, peaceful mind in the face of life’s challenges and difficulties. Each session is self-contained and consists of guided meditations and a short talk with the opportunity to ask questions afterwards.

Where Coombe Rise meets Ridge Way you’ll see some small gates with a green sign. Go through the gates then go all the way down to the end and turn right. You’ll see a circular building to your right. Follow the road round to your right until you see a car park where parking is available. The building for the classes is to the left of the astro-turf football pitch. Enter the building, walk straight ahead and you’ll see a green door on your left for the room where the classes are held.
