Public talk 3rd February

What does it mean to be a Buddhist in the 21st Century? Is the Buddhist way of life an effective response to the problems that confront us both individually and globally? Understanding Buddha’s life story can show us how practical and relevant Buddhism is to our daily lives and shows us how we can find real meaning and happiness.

Resident Teacher Kadam Chris will explain how we can find peace & happiness within our mind even in these troubled, chaotic times. By changing our mind from negative to positive we can transform our life and come to enjoy a balanced, happy life.

Learn to meditate and experience stillness & peace within your mind. Learn to let go of anxiety, stress & endless worrying. Buddha’s wisdom teachings are perfect practical methods for overcoming our problems, negative states and disturbing emotions. Kadam Chris will clearly explain the benefits of meditation and how we can integrate meditation into our busy lives.

Everyone welcome.
