Finding Peace in troubled Times

2nd September

7 pm – 8.15 pm

A free public talk with resident teacher Kadam Chris Heyes

Life is fast-paced, unpredictable & constantly changing.

Often we find it difficult to stay in control & the more we try, the more problems we seem to experience.

We are all seeking happiness, but no matter how hard we try, our feelings of happiness & joy are short-lived and fleeting. Yet our anxieties and discontent seem endless.

The solution is to learn to control our mind because whether we’re happy or not depends upon the state of our mind, not on external circumstances.

Resident Teacher Kadam Chris will explain how we can find peace & happiness within our mind even in these troubled, chaotic times. by changing our mind from negative to positive we can transform our life and come to enjoy a balanced happy life.

Kadam Chris has been teaching and practising Kadampa meditation for over 35 years.
