About the course:
When we feel affection towards others we naturally feel close to them and wish to help them. These classes are designed to help us to develop a kind heart and in this way improve our relationships and overcome negative thoughts and criticism of others. The meditations and advice given by teacher Lorraine Quinn help us to open our heart towards others and become a kinder and more considerate person.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
