ABOUT THE COURSE
Two sessions of guided meditation helping you to dip into the peace at your heart whilst being in the very centre of Leicester City.
During this retreat, we have the opportunity to remain silent throughout the morning, giving us time to contemplate and meditate and regain inner strength and peace.
Peace comes from within – so we just need to understand the methods to find this inner peace, by reducing our distractions and increasing our concentrations.
Come and enjoy this peaceful morning with us and learn special methods to take home to continue to meditate.
Everybody is welcome and no previous experience of meditation is necessary.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
