Anger destroys our peaceful minds and causes us to engage in actions and words that we would never do if we were not feeling irritated and frustrated.
During this half day course you will find lasting solutions to the problems that anger causes us.
We will explore the Buddhist understanding of how we can train our mind to overcome our anger once and for all, and instead develop a more accommodating and resilient outlook and attitude during even the most challenging times

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
