Kadam Bridget is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.

Kadam Bridget Heyes has been practising for over 30 years and is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. She is the Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna KMC and the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.

No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
