ABOUT THE COURSE

Practical methods for overcoming anger, irritation and resentment.

If we truly want to enjoy a peaceful, happy & a meaningful life we must learn to control our mind – especially our anger. Nothing harms us more than  anger, resentment & irritation. It’s the source of most of our negative actions that give rise to endless conflict, fighting and arguments. Yet this destructive mind isn’t permanent. It can be controlled, reduced and even eliminated.

Through training in simple meditations and applying practical methods we can reduce and finally eliminate this inner poison and find that it is possible to be happy and remain calm even in the face of difficulty.

Kadam Chris will explain and guide simple, effective meditations that bring mental peace and give practical methods to solve our daily problems.
