Flexible, Accessible, and Designed for the Workplace

⏱️ Duration: Each session lasts about 1½ hours (minimum 1 hour)

🕒 Timing: Can be scheduled at any time during the working day, including lunchtime

🪑 Setting: A meeting room or conference space is ideal. Participants sit comfortably in chairs, no equipment required

👥 Group size: Suitable for 5–30+ participants

  • Registered charities: Donation to cover travel costs only

Each workshop is led by an experienced meditation teacher trained in Kadampa Buddhist methods for developing mental focus and emotional balance — presented in a practical, secular way suitable for modern workplaces.
