Our weekly drop-in meditation classes in Leicester are:

Monday evenings 7.30pm - 9.00pm

Tuesday evenings 7.30pm - 9.00pm
- an introduction to Buddhism

The drop in meditation classes at the centre are open to everyone and include step-by-step guided meditations, talks and informal discussions. These group classes will allow you to relax, enjoy some meditation, and return home feeling refreshed and inspired. You do not need to book in advance, just drop in. Lunchtime meditation classes are a simple guided meditation to allow you to relax and feel refreshed.
