We can deepen our understanding and faith by experiencing firsthand how the teachings of Buddha shield us from suffering in particular and life’s challenges in general.

Through this insight we cultivate a stronger belief in Buddha, recognising how his blessings empower us to release our negative thoughts & embrace the positive states of mind that offer us protection.
