Sometimes our mind feels like an unruly animal that we have no control over, in these two sessions of teaching and meditation, we can learn meditation techniques, using Buddhist wisdom, to control and develop a peaceful mind.

We feel a better person as a result of these simple and practical meditation techniques.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.

No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
