Normally we carry a heavy burden of stress, anxiety and negativity which prevents us enjoying a happy life. On this course, you will learn practical methods that will help you to come to experience the freedom of a clea and peaceful mind.
Gen Kelsang Devi will explain the cause of our negative states of mind and introduce essential practices for a happy life.
12pm – 12:30am Café and Reception Open

1:45pm – 2:30pm Tea break
2:30pm – 3:30pm Session 2
Each session will include a combination of teachings and guided meditations.
No. You can choose to sit on a chair or cushions if you prefer to sit cross-legged. You don’t need to bring anything else with you, but some people like to take notes during the session, so feel free to bring paper and pen.
Everyone is welcome to participate and will benefit both new and experienced people alike. Our reception staff will happily recommend some follow-on reading or classes after the course if you are interested.
