Saturday May 17th 10.30 am – 1.15pm
With UK National Spiritual Director Kadam Bridget Heyes
Learn how to keep a positive mind in all situations.
Responding to external chaos with stress and worry only makes things worse. We can’t solve the world’s problems by worrying about them, so why not learn to develop a more constructive approach instead?
Kadam Bridget Heyes is the Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna KMC Thornby and the NKT-IKBU National Spiritual Director of the UK. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
