COVID Restrictions

If you have been diagnosed with Covid-19 or have developed symptoms (principally high temperature, persistent cough, loss of smell or taste among others) within the last 14 days, or, if you live with/or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed or had symptoms of Covid-19 within the last 14 days, please do not visit the Centre.

From Tuesday 5 January, in accordance with National Lockdown restrictions, our Meditation Room will open for communal worship only, which includes all retreat sessions during the month of January, weekend courses, the lunchtime guided meditations at 12:30 pm from 6th January and all advertised in-person tsog pujas. Pre-booking is required for all retreat sessions, courses and pujas. It is not necessary to book in advance for the lunchtime guided meditation – track and trace information will be taken for all attendees. Our doors will open 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Our spiritual programme continues to be streamed online.

Our World Peace Cafe will remain closed until further notice.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
