Work Place visits

With today’s fast-paced working lifestyle, we are becoming accustomed to being available and online most of the time, including the weekends. For many, this is simply a characteristic of modern working life – and the drive for organizational efficiency and competitiveness.

The downside of this development however is that we sometimes feel agitated or stressed for periods of time. Many of us are not able to fully live in the present moment due to constantly thinking of past events or speculating about what may possibly take place in the future. This means we can never completely relax and enjoy inner calm and peace. This imbalance can negatively affect not only an individual’s home life but also their working life as well.

Our talks are designed to help people build and maintain a proper balance between a mentally and physically active life while retaining a calm and contented mind.

Our specially designed talks for companies and organisations help people to:

  • understand and get to grips with stress, anxiety, frustration and self-inflicted expectations
  • improve focus, creativity, communication, peace of mind and well-being
  • attain inner calm and mental peace
  • improve the balance in quality of life between the home and the workplace
  • acquire tools and practices that will allow you to integrate these principles into your daily life.

We are happy to come and visit your work place or venue.

Hello Kelsang,
What a fabulous visit we had to the centre today.  My students rarely sit still for that long and to see and hear them interacting and giggling at the lovely sense of humour employed when putting across some simple facts made me very proud. They have all come such a long way in the last few years.
We ladies will most certainly be booking in for a meditation and food session sometime this year
Thank you once again and very best wishes to all work at the centre,

Tina
