Description

Heruka is an enlightened Deity of Highest Yoga Tantra who is the manifestation of the compassion of all the Buddhas. Following these precious instructions, we should practice Heruka body mandala in conjunction with the ritual prayer called The Yoga of Buddha Heruka. This practice is simple but very profound.

We will be using the sadhana Yoga of Buddha Heruka.
