Free public talk ‘What is mindfulness meditation practice ?’

Everyone wants to be happy, but no matter how hard we work, real lasting happiness remains elusive whilst problems and misery are endless

By training in meditation & practicing mindfulness we can develop positive peaceful states of mind & free ourself from all problems, worries.

Kadam Chris will share his experience of Buddha’s teachings, providing a step by step guidance on how to begin and progress in a meditation practice.

Each class is self contained with a guided meditation & teaching. Complimentary refreshments are provided at the end of the class.

The free talk is followed by 6-week course taught by our resident teacher, Kadam Chris Heyes

6-weeks: Apr:  29th May: 6th, 13th, 20th (1 week break) June 3rd and 10th
