About the course:
At certain times in our life, it can feel like we are being tossed about by constant waves of difficult circumstances. Relationship, financial, health, and societal problems come to us one after the other despite our best efforts to avoid them. Life sometimes seems to be controlling how we feel and we can be at the mercy of whatever wave comes next.
In this course, we will learn through Buddha’s teachings how to change our mental approach to the events of our life so that even in the midst of difficulties we can remain peaceful, positive, and optimistic. We will learn that there is nothing life can throw at us that we can’t change our attitude towards and use for our spiritual growth. Through meditation, we will learn that we all have a pure potential and we can remain happy and strong in the midst of life’s challenges and become a master of our own mind.
