About the class:
Sometimes we feel overwhelmed by our problems just because they seem to be never-ending, however hard we try to fix them.
In this 4 week course, we learn to approach our problems in a completely new way. Buddha taught different methods of approach and if we put them into practice we will find they work for us.
Each week, Kadam Chris will present practical, logical steps towards calmer living and a feeling that everything is manageable, whatever life throws at us.
Kadam Chris is a friendly and enthusiastic teacher who will also be available after the class to chat over tea if you have any questions.
Each class consists of relaxing guided meditations and a teaching on how to improve our well-being by developing positive states of mind and inner peace in our daily life.
If you are late or miss the class do not worry, you are able to view a replay for up to 48 hours.
