How to accept difficulties calmly
Sometimes our difficulties overwhelm us and we feel churned up inside and unable to move forward and deal successfully with events as they appear in our life. On this course, Lorraine will explain how we can remain calm no matter what our difficulties are.
By learning and practising techniques to remain calm when confronted by difficulty we can solve most of our daily problems and come to enjoy a stress free life.
