Drawing from the book How to Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this series of classes will examine how we can develop practical solutions to our daily problems by taking a longer view: not getting bogged down in the minutiae of our immediate suffering, but using our experience to help us find permanent freedom from the fundamental suffering coming from our negative states of mind.
