Positive Change: Becoming Solution Focused
Saturday, July 20th 10.00am – 12.45pm
With Agnes Bednarczyk
We can develop and maintain a peaceful mind by transforming our mind from negative states into positive states through engaging in pure spiritual practises
So often our minds can be crowded by worries, guilt and frustration. These habitual thoughts dwell on problems and prevent us from finding solutions. As a result, they serve no useful purpose whatsoever and only make us unhappy. On this course we will explore and examine difficulties such as guilt, self-doubt & regret and how we can use methods derived from Modern Buddhism to begin to heal these habits.
