During this series of classes we will explore how we can gain freedom from negative emotions such as anxiety and stress through meditation and practical application of Buddha’s timeless advice.
Each session is self-contained and will consist of guided meditation and a short talk with an opportunity to ask questions afterwards.

Directions to Oadby classes at Beauchamp College:
Where Coombe Rise meets Ridge Way you’ll see some small gates with a green sign. Go through the gates then go all the way down to the end and turn right. You’ll see a circular building to your right. Follow the road round to your right until you see a car park where parking is available. The building for the classes is to the left of the astro-turf football pitch. Enter the building, walk straight ahead and you’ll see a green door on your left for the room where the classes are held.
