Meditation & mindfulness course to discover Modern Buddhism and find out how the practice of meditation can transform your life from a state of worry and stress into one of joy and fulfilment. In this course we follow the special presentation of the stages of the path to enlightenment (Lamrim) presented in “The New Meditation Handbook” by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Each class is self contained and consists of two meditations, short prayers, and teaching.
Everybody is welcome to come and enjoy the peace of meditation.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
