Meditation and The Power of Positive Thinking – practical instructions on how to solve our daily problems, overcome stress and keep a positive, peaceful mind through learning to become self-aware by relying on mindfulness. Mindfulness and Meditation techniques provide us with practical tools to deal with the challenges and difficulties of daily life enabling us to remain calm, confident and relaxed throughout our day.
These practical teachings and meditations help us to overcome stress, anxiety and negativity. They will enable us to improve our relationships and become happier, more loving individuals.
Kadam Chris Heyes is the Resident Teacher at Nagarjuna KMC. He has been studying and practising Kadampa Buddhism for 27 years. His teachings are practical and easy to apply to everyday life. Through his gentle and joyful approach and through his example, he has been helping many people find true happiness (in their hearts).
