Modern Buddhism presents many practical methods through which we can transform our life and make the most of its every moment.
By learning to let go of the unpleasant feelings through meditation we can start to experience a happy and meaningful life.

Each session will include a combination of teachings and guided meditations.
No. You can choose to sit on a chair or cushions if you prefer to sit cross-legged. You don’t need to bring anything else with you, but some people like to take notes during the session, so feel free to bring paper and pen.
Everyone is welcome to participate and will benefit both new and experienced people alike. Our reception staff will happily recommend some follow-on reading or classes after the course if you are interested.
