About the retreat:
A retreat is a special time for us to put aside our worldly activities and to fill our days with wonderful meditations led by Buddhist nun Gen Nyingpo.
This special retreat concentrates on the meditations from ‘The stages of the path’ known as Lamrim and leads us through step by step from the first meditation of this series to the last one. We can get a flavour for each meditation and instructions on how to carry on these meditations during our daily life.
Retreat helps us have a different perspective on life – stepping away from all the usual daily activity to enjoy the wonderful treasure trove of our own mind.
Even if we only have time for one meditation, it will be well worth booking it as the benefits are huge and this is a wonderful opportunity for all.

When you book, you will receive a confirmation email containing links to watch the teachings; remember to check your junk mail folder if you don’t see this email right away, and contact us if necessary. Keep your confirmation email, and follow the links it contains when it is time for the teachings.
