We often have trouble letting go of experiences from the past. Holding onto the past can affect the way we view ourselves and others. We carry guilt, stress, anxiety and painful feelings with us which damage our confidence and affect our current situations. Being trapped in states of anger and hurt limits our ability to live our life to the full.
On this course we’ll look at how, what we’re holding on to, is an idea or memory of what happened in the past. Through training in mindfulness and meditation we can illuminate the real source of pain and difficulty within our minds and finally release it completely.
