About the course:
In this 7 week course we will learn how we can actively practise meditation, mixing it with all our daily activities with the Buddhist practice of the six perfections.
The six perfections are a practical way to make all our actions meaningful and rewarding, bringing joy to each activity of your day. Through this special method, we can improve our relationships & good qualities and discover a deep meaning of our life.
These meditations and practices are suitable for anyone – whether you are completely new or experienced – and show us a wonderful way to live our life.
Lorraine Quinn will give us many practical examples and meditations which we can use to help us to begin to make our life meaningful and purposeful.
If you are late or miss the class do not worry, you are able to view a replay for up to 48 hours.
