Stress and anxiety are rasing problems in our society. We tend to think that situations or people in our life are the causes of our stress or unhappiness, so we then spend a lot of time mentally trying to figure out how to fix those situations or people. That might effect in more overthinking, stress and anxiety.
Let’s face it – we don’t enjoy feeling like that and yet we regularly do feel this way.
join this online class and find out how all our unhappiness, stress and anxiety comes from our mind. By learning to identify the actual causes of irritation, we can begin to understand how to become free from them. On this course, we will explore special ways of thinking and meditations that heal the mind of the source of these problems. Learn how to see them as an opportunity to become a better person & access deeper levels of your peace and happiness through simple meditations.
