On this day course, Pet will teach and explain some simple powerful and practical methods for letting go of stress and anxiety.
Everybody experiences stress in their life but too much stress can easily become a big problem causing great misery. By practising simple breathing meditations and learning new positive ways of dealing with the endless challenges and difficulties of modern life we can learn to let go of this stress. By transforming our mind in this way, from negative to positive from unpeaceful to peaceful, we can experience a sense of freedom and joy within our mind which will help us cope with the pressures and demands of our busy lives.
