Dealing with Difficult people and Situations
Saturday, August 24th 10.00am – 12.45pm
With Lorraine Quinn
Let’s face it, we all have someone in our life that we find it difficult to be around whether it be a colleague, a partner or even a friend. Learn how to use meditation and other tools contained within Buddhism to improve and transform all our relationships.
On a deeper level, if we are forever blaming other people and situations for our unhappiness, then we are unable to see clearly the mental habit patterns that are keeping us trapped in our present unhappiness and are bound to experience tense relationships whoever we are with.
By using Buddha’s teachings on training the mind, we can challenge our ordinary way of viewing things, come to develop a more positive and realistic approach to those people we find challenging and eventually even learn to regard them with love and affection!
