About the Guest Teacher
Gen Kelsang Pagpa is the Resident Teacher for Vajravarahi Centre in Preston. He is well known for his warm and compassionate nature, his ability to present Buddha’s teachings in a clear and practical way, and his 20 years experience in teaching and studying meditation. He has led many retreats and courses at Buddhist Centres around the country.

You do not have to be a Buddhist to benefit from this course, our courses are designed to suit modern life living. No previous experience nor special clothing is required. Each course consists of a combination of guided meditations and practical teachings on how to apply the ancient teachings of Buddha to a busy modern life. This wisdom is derived from Modern Buddhism presented by our founder Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and is easy to understand and practice. You will learn the methods to let go of stress, worry and anxiety and improve the quality of your life and mental wellbeing by developing ways of maintaining inner peace and happiness regardless of life’s challenges.
No special clothing required, wheelchair accessible entrance, seating on chairs or cushions.
