The Mindfulness Toolkit equips us with the basic tools we need to manage our emotions and bring our thoughts and feelings under control, in this way we can solve our inner problems of anger, ignorance, depression and so forth.

In this toolkit we learn practical and powerful transformational methods that will enable you to enjoy a happy and meaningful life.

Only with strong mindfulness and the other skills can we bring our thoughts and feelings under control and thereby begin to manage our emotions.

There is no practice more important than keeping our mind free from negativity. Normally we take great care to protect our body from injury, but it is much more important to protect our mind.
