Limitless Potential Understanding the power of the Mind

Buddha’s teachings on the mind help us to develop the confidence to change, and Buddhist meditation gives us practical methods to bring this change about. In this day course Kadam Bridget will explain how anyone Buddhist or non-Buddhist can learn these methods to become the person they want to be.

Learn simple yet profound meditations on the mind; through this you can experience its limitless and pure nature for yourself.

Kadam Bridget Heyes is the National Spiritual Director of the UK and the Resident teacher at Nagarjuna Kelmarsh Kadampa Meditation Centre, our sister centre.

Kadam Bridget Heyes is a senior disciple of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso and has been practicing Buddhism for over 25 years. She is known for her powerful teachings, compassionate heart, and deep understanding of Buddha’s wisdom advice. Her teachings are exceptionally clear and she presents profound ideas in a way that are easy to practice and integrate into daily life.
