This retreat begins with a free public talk on January 19th, from 7.30pm – 8.45pm. This free talk will be about the benefits of this retreat and how to engage in the actual retreat.

Over the weekend you will have the opportunity to deepen your experience of Buddhist meditations. Each session will be guided.

This retreat is the perfect opportunity to develop your meditation practice and learn more about Buddhism. Kelsang Norpel will guide each session which will include prayers, a teaching, and a meditation based on the new meditations in Geshe-la’s book “How to Understand the Mind.”

These instructions, also called The Stages of the Path to Enlightenment or Kadam Lamrim, are very practical and easy to practice in our daily lives. Lamrim makes our lives happy and meaningful, helps us to solve our human problems, and ultimately to find pure and everlasting happiness.

Four Session per Day 9.30am – 10.45am | 11.45 am – 1.00pm | 3.00 pm – 4.15pm | 5.15pm – 6.30pm
