The Art of Positive Thinking

It’s difficult to be positive when you’re feeling anxious, worried or stressed, yet these experiences are common in today’s hectic world. By discovering their underlying causes and learning new, healthy ways of thinking, we can free our work and personal life from the harmful effects of these troublesome states of mind.

These Saturday morning half-day courses will introduce simple and effective meditation techniques that will enable you to enjoy a truly peaceful mind. With a peaceful mind the difficulties and busyness of modern life become manageable and less stressful.
