Our day and half courses are a special opportunity to take some quiet space in the weekend to deepen our understanding and experience of Buddhist meditation and practises.
With inspiring teachings, guided meditations, a delicious vegetarian lunch and plenty of time to chat and relax, this is a wonderful opportunity for everyone to explore Buddhist way of life and go back home feeling refreshed and inspired.
We also run special social and fundraising events at the centre from our popular 'unplug and unwind' acoustic nights to our 'stop the week' meditation and meal evenings.
